Principal

Maria Brady provides vocational consulting services to the legal, employer, and medical communities. She possesses over 25 years of experience in services related to physical, emotional, and cognitive disability, with an emphasis on vocational rehabilitation. Ms. Brady has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from UC Berkeley and earned her master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from San Francisco State University. She is a Diplomate with the American Board of Vocational Experts, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Certified Life Care Planner. 

Ms. Brady conducts vocational evaluations to determine employability and earning capacity in personal injury, employment law, medical malpractice, maritime law, and workers’ compensation matters. She is retained as a vocational expert by plaintiffs’ and defense attorneys in cases throughout California and in other states, qualifying as a vocational expert in numerous jurisdictions. Ms. Brady is fluent in Spanish and has extensive experience providing services to Spanish-speaking injured workers.
