CareerEvaluations.com is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. This covers the marketing website, ROI calculator, digital store, and buyer account surfaces.
Scope
This statement covers careerevaluations.com and app.careerevaluations.com (the SaaS application).
Measures taken
We use semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, ARIA labels on interactive elements, keyboard navigation for all forms and modals, color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA (minimum 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text), and descriptive alt text on all images.
Known limitations
Some complex data visualization elements (competency gap delta bars in the SaaS application) are being enhanced with screen-reader-accessible text alternatives. We aim to address these in a future release.
