Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What data does Career Ladder Builder store?

Career framework definitions, employee profiles (name, title, department, level assignments), evaluation records with competency scores and evidence notes, gap reports, and development action items. All data is isolated to your organization account.

Is my evaluation data visible to other companies?

No. Career Ladder Builder uses multi-tenant architecture with database-level Row Level Security. Your organization's data is completely invisible to all other organizations.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and is exportable as CSV (gap reports as PDF) during that window.

Do you offer implementation support?
