Rater Calibration Session Pack

The Rater Calibration Session Pack runs a fair cross-manager calibration meeting from your own submitted ratings. Its distribution workbook plots each manager's ratings side by side and flags leniency or severity drift computed only from what those managers entered — there is no expected distribution imposed. A facilitator agenda gives you a fixed speaking order, timeboxes and the evidence-before-anecdote rule, and a decision log captures every rating change, who moved it and the documented reason. Every drift flag and distribution view is your data: the pack asserts no benchmark, quota or 'expected' curve of any kind.
