Self vs. Manager Assessment Reconciliation Workbook

The Self vs. Manager Assessment Reconciliation Workbook puts an employee's self-ratings next to their manager's ratings for the same competencies, computes the gap and its direction for each one, and prompts for the evidence that resolves each disagreement before anyone makes a decision. Both rating sets are yours: the employee enters their self-rating, the manager enters theirs, and the workbook does the arithmetic of comparison — nothing else. The gap is a difference between two numbers you supplied, not a score against any benchmark, and no reconciled state is reported until every divergence carries a resolution. It computes no benchmark, no readiness percentage, and no dollar figure of any kind.
