The Succession & Bench-Strength Workbook turns a scattered talent-review conversation into a structured record: you inventory your critical roles, rate each for business impact and vacancy risk, name successors at Ready-Now / 1–2yr / 3–5yr readiness, place people on a 9-box (performance × potential), and link every gap to a committed development action and review date. A bench-strength dashboard reads back how many of your critical roles have no Ready-Now successor — computed only from what you enter, gated on a completeness count so a half-filled review never reports a confident number. It is a talent-review placement grid, not a workforce-wide person-by-skill coverage matrix. Every readiness call, risk rating and 9-box position is your own judgement; the workbook holds no benchmark of any kind.
