The Talent Review & Nine-Box Facilitation Pack runs the leadership talent-review meeting around your 9-box — the meeting, not the grid. You get a facilitator agenda with a fixed speaking order and timeboxes, potential-calibration prompts that force each rating back to evidence, a dissent-capture sheet so minority views are recorded rather than lost, and a talent-action decision log that ends every discussion with a person, an agreed action, an owner and a revisit date. It does not re-implement the 9-box grid itself — that lives in CE-08 (Succession & Nine-Box Grid) and its populated grid is a prerequisite. Every judgement in the pack is yours: potential ships blank with a Set? flag on every row, so no potential rating is pre-filled. The only pre-filled entries belong to the fictional Northwind Analytics Inc. (SAMPLE) walkthrough, including its sample people's box numbers carried over from CE-08; clear them before real use.
